Why I Created the Death Doula Collective…

I created the Death Doula Collective because I saw that many doulas were leaving trainings inspired but then navigating the real work of building a practice on their own. After supporting hundreds of families and mentoring students through Death Doula School, I realized people needed an ongoing space to stay connected, workshop ideas, and learn from each other’s experiences.

The Collective became a living community where Doulas could continue growing together, sharing tools, discussing real client situations, and building their businesses alongside others walking the same path. Instead of learning in isolation, it’s a place where practitioners evolve together, support one another, and strengthen the future of end-of-life care as a network.
